Are you currently accepting international orders?

We are currently only accepting orders within the 48 Contiguous United States. We will begin accepting international orders soon.

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally shipped out within 48 hours. However, in the case of a delay you will be notified.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Paypal containing your tracking number. This will allow you to track your order on USPS.com. It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect online.

I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes to your order. If the order is already in transit please be aware that USPS will not allow us to make changes to the delivery address. It is very important that you verify your full shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any invalid delivery address provided to us.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your order arrives with visible damage, reject it and please contact us as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for any damages that occur during shipping. If you accept delivery for an item damaged by the shipper, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper.
